I'm just talking about how they played the game.  I don't really care about the size part of it.  Otherwise you limit the comps you can make. I mean even look at the player you mentioned - Brees.  Him and Garcia were the same size and yet Garcia played way different.  And one of Garcia's problems was his weak arm (like Bryce's).  

And for his time, Garcia was pretty small.  Not Bryce or Flutie small, but still far from a big guy.

Just on a quick google search, a lot of people say Doug Flutie had a pretty strong arm.  That alone makes it hard for me to compare him to Bryce.

if we had a competent qb, this game is 30-3. Bryce sucks.

If the clock reads 0:00 in the fourth quarter, and we have more points than the other team, I'm happy. If the clock reads 0:00 in the fourth quarter, and we have less points than the other team I am unhappy. I don't think there's another player that can play quarterback on the Panthers roster that puts us in a better position to have more points than the other team with 0:00 remaining in the 4th quarter in the year of our lord 2025. 

 

I understand the larger discussion, but I think there's no reason to have it until this season plays out.

it's so weird man. From what I am gathering, these casuals would rather be Bengals fans or Cowboys fans with a star QB and losing record than Bryce with a winning record.

Aside from being pretty close to the same body size there is no other actual comparison.  Flutie had an arm.
