He was a running back and didn’t know nothin’ about birthin no quarterbacks when he was hired here. As OC. Yeah I didn’t get that but he has been learning apparently. Getting his knowledge together by apprenticing in the different roles and trying to get some depth to his game. I wasn’t really feeling hiring a RB guy for OC when we had just drafted a QB at 1.1. And wasn’t about him being the play caller. But he has kept plugging away. Good luck to him. -
If only Bryce or Canales would look to him before its a dire situation -

Diminished role and responsibility. Anybody looking at his tenure as an OC/interim head coach and requesting an interview for HC are just satisfying the Rooney rule.
