I don't think the Tepper takes are tired. I think they're there if you look at what's transpired from Reich to the draft process, Dalton 1.0 and 2.0, Plummer and the lack of even pursuing a QB3. Bryce has been shielded from QB room adversity like no one else I've ever seen. We've actually gone out of our way to keep him from having to play against anyone who could possibly be better. 

I don't think a lifetime commitment to Bryce exists. I think a commitment to prove his choice in selecting Bryce was the right one exists. When that dream is crushed, Tepper and the Panthers will finally move on. And when we/if we do, Dave and Dan will be right out the door with everyone else who believed Bryce was the guy, except for the guy that made the pick.

We are absolutely fugged if Bryce Young doesn't massively improve next year.  For all the hate I spew out about Bryce Young, I really wish the guy would just be good.  He can do it.  Drop back, plant your foot, and throw the damn ball dude.

If that’s true it’s the smartest thing he’s done yet.  Giving them a fair shot and repairing the reputation while setting up for a fresh start the right way for once.  We can only hope that Jim Caldwell is gone too

He's already said he doesn't see an issue with his footwork as something that needs to be addressed.

He can't do that, being a drop back passer is difficult for him due to his size, the only way it works is if there happens to be lanes open up where a receiver is assigned to be on that particular play

I don’t know what Caldwell does, for one thing, but if he had anything to do with drafting Bryce he can gtfo now.

2027...IF we hit on another good draft, all bets are off. At that point, tell the Bengals to name their Burrow price. Herbert, tired of getting beat up in LA? Trade up for a QB in the deep 2027 class. Whatever it takes...but this roster is still being built in 2026, to drop the QB in in 2027. If we feel good about where we're at going into the 2027 season, take whatever QB swing you need to.

Bryce is on a better pace than Alex Smith was.  If I remember correctly, Smith was the QB everyone was frustrated with until that 13-3 season.  That was his Jay-Z year 7 if I'm correct.  Just saying.

Agree. He sold the farm for Bryce Young when everyone was saying the qb class the next year was full of talent.  He can't admit the stupidity of that.  Bears and Patriots are just rubbing it in.  I'm a lot more pissed about that than taking Bryce over CJ.

He wont. The worst is instead of an absolute implosion, he continues his roller coaster and be just good enough for Tepper to give the go ahead for an extesion.

I’m still curious about the relationship (was then/is now) between Caldwell and Reich.  Will Reich take a phone call from Caldwell today?  Did Caldwell receive an X-mas card from Reich?  Do the fingerprints on the knife in Reich’s back match Caldwell’s?

Mateer, Allar, etc.  There are several who are interesting.   I would look into these:
