Dan Morgan says he hasn’t actually spoken to anyone about a potential Andy Dalton trade.

Says he would give Andy the option to explore the opportunity if a trade was on the table, but they plan on trying to get younger at the backup spot. Added that he isn’t “giving away picks” and that they gotta “build through the draft

It seems like they've been pretty honest with Dalton and that he's basically being viewed as an emergency last ditch of all else fails backup plan.

The Raiders should trade for him to prevent him from ever playing against them again.  Andy owns the Raiders for some cosmic reasons even Sheldon Cooper cannot solve.
