Opinions...would DG override RR and replace OC after 12~4 season?

It's obvious that we need to get much more talent on the offensive side of the ball. Even with more talent would Shula be good enough to utilize the talent to the best of it's abilities? RR would probably fight to keep his boy Mike and Dave will have to pull rank to ditch him after a winning season(no thanks to the limp offense). I wonder if JR will allow RR to have his way or allow DG to do the job he was hired to do? I agree that a change is needed with a different philosophy if we are going to be a winning franchise for the long haul.......ten points a game just will not cut it.

He was on a 1 year contract anyway.....no reason to bring him back...failed interview season so to speak....look at see if anyone else ANYWHERE wants him.....that'll tell you all you need to know.

I think people over react. When a gf is a great girl but she makes dumb mistakes you don't have to DUMP her for another, you tell the problem and work it out to get it fixed. Personally I see a lot of potential in Shula, he just needs some minor adjusting. I am just a Monday Morning QB....IDK

That is a good question. I think Shula at least deserves a chance to answer it. I would be in favor of bring in Norv or Chud to help out as well.

Unfortunately that's just not the way it works. The best we can hope for is get him some weapons so his game plans work.

Those of you insinuating that we can demote him are even farther off the reality reservation.

Hell nooooo!  What DG need to worry about is the draft and getting the offense back top 10 and i highly doubt Jerry Richardson would allow that since he kept Rivera before hiring DG
