I don't see it as a jab against the Panthers. It shows solidarity with the team. If anything, it sends a message to Rivera that he's dumb as fug. I think he needs that message.

I know I made a similar suggestion here but it wasn't me that called. I'll admit if I do see a fan with a tie taking it off and waving it around like a towel or throwing it in Rivera's direction, I will laugh.

How about just do it to poke fun at the team? Why does everybody gets so butthurt over everything. I think the whole team would get a laugh at was has been a depressing season. Sometimes to just have to laugh at yourself.

I'm not saying I'd do (inner me - yes you would) but it's not taking a shot at the team, or organization. 

It's making joke out of one of the most asinine benchings I've ever witnessed as a fan of professional sports. These are grown men, to have a ''tie policy'' let alone enforcing it on the road in Seattle for what would've been an entire series (Anderson/Tolbert INT) is beyond acceptable. 

We were 4-7 and all week you wanna talk about not being ''mathematically eliminated'' and you're always saying ''we play the players who give us the best chance to win'' yet you decide to sit your QB for a series because he didn't have on a tie. Dumbest **** ever. 

I've cheered through this butt-tastic season, and even tried to find hope as our coach continues to show his true ultra-conservative nature. We're losing games by 7 points or less because we aren't taking the opportunities to finish games, we have been punting, and playing defense, with a defense that has regressed. And when we do have a lead we sit on lit like we are hatching a damn egg. This coaching stuff doesn't smell blood in the water, instead they start pouring in the chlorine.

I'd like to see a change in philosophy, we didn't have the defensive personnel to play it close to the vest. And for goodness sake if fans at home can tell their friends the next play I'm pretty sure the other team knows.

These are the people who took 20 years to sort of figure out not to stand and cheer when going for it on 4th down or do the wave on offense.
