"Evolve" = Faster

Well, we now know what "evolve" means. It means no longer sitting pack while horrible long routes are run and Cam's head gets treated like a speed bag. 

These first two picks tell us the Panthers want to get faster on offense. Hike.. one missip... two miissip... ball out.

The game is just faster now. Gettleman has realized that "big guys allow you to compete" but speed allows you to take games over.

Evolving the offense = forcing Cam to get the ball out of his hands fast because the fugging refs won't protect him...

Yeah I remember Ron or Dave talking about that we need our receivers to win early and get open quicker, he mentioned that we sometimes take for granted Cam's ability to extend plays.

Evolve means we're evolving to a modern NFL day offense in which your base personal are versatile. We read the defense and then see if we want to shift Samuel and Mcaffrey around.

I love the NFL draft. Didn't want either of these guys initially but fug it. They are 20 years old and have god given talent you can't teach. Let's coach them up and make them fuging dangerous. 

To go base or nickel when you him and McCaffrey line up in the huddle? Defenses now have to really worry about us and I love it. 

Or Gettleman gets himself fired. (Let's hope not).

It's not just speed. Both Samuel and CMC are versatile as fug. Their presence alone creates mismatches. Both can play in the backfield and both can play the slot.
