No, I wasn't talking about that (nor do I care about Bruce Arians).  I recall her personally stating when McCaffrey was Drafted and before he was Drafted, she was getting on people that were stating how Shula wouldn't know how to utilize him.  In fact, she actually took up for Shula in Offseason.  I remember her "calling out" a certain poster because he didn't have "facts" to backup why Shula couldn't utilize him properly.  Whew, not a good look right now.

Listening to NFL Radio they were talking about Arians saying that he has been in NFL for around 40 years and he may retire after this season is over and he may not want to take any jobs in NFL anymore.

Yes to just prove he's still relevant. Actually if somehow Shula is fired it would be a perfect fit. He could prove he could take a terrible offense with a QB who is good but has struggled to a top unit.
