I would be happy with it.  What they do with Shaq and free agency would ultimately influence how I felt about it.  

From a value perspective it would be a great draft.  I have my doubts all 3 of those picks make it to the point he says.  Actually I would be a little shocked if any of them do.

I have my doubts with this mock. Seeing the LB Thompson going in the 3rd round to Washington is hard to imagine. I can't see him available that late

Draft White and trading Shaq would be ideal in this situation.

No one is going to to trade anything of real value for a player with only a one year raining on his contract. If Shaq was traded, he'd have a long-term deal worked out with his new team ready to sign as soon as the trade was finalized. If we're going to keep him long-term I hope we get him extended to lower that cap hit. I just don't think Shaq is a difference maker and you can't pay run of the mill LBs $9M+.
