Do you think we'll see Grier now?

Some posters speculated that a disagreement between Tepper and Ron could have led to his firing. Could that disagreement have been over playing Will Grier. With Scott Turner, the guy who lobbied Norv, Ron and Marty to select Grier now in the OC spot, do you think Grier will get the start against Atlanta?

After losing to the Niners so badly, I bet you a dime & nickel Tepper suggested we start Grier & Ron refused. Now watching Allen suck so badly again vs. the Falcons Tepper couldn't stand it anymore, so he makes his "mediocrity" statement. Two weeks later, we suck badly again & Ron goes bye bye.

The rest of the season is basically an roster evaluation. Very good chance Grier will start at least next week.

We haven't seen Will Grier since the preseason, where he looked lost.  Don't expect a sniff until we are mathematically eliminated.

Please no.  His first real NFL play does not need to be behind this Oline.  You can't gauge a QB's worth in this case and could only set him back.

Seeing Grier immediately after the firing of the coach that probably did not want to start him is a logical assumption.

I don't know why y'all want to even see Grier with this O-Line. It will probably only damage his confidence and we won't even get an idea at how good he is tbh.

If Tepper is telling a coach who should be on the field we most certainly have the wrong owner.

particularly if the owner is demanding a late 3rd round pick that by all accounts was not impressive... just doesn't make sense.

I think we will see Grier at some point this season, but I don't think Tepper released Rivera because he refused to play Grier.
