How did we go from the greatest MLB the game has ever seen to the worst?! Talk about regression to the mean...fug

I would take the mean. This is regression to oblivion. Whitehead is bad bad bad. And it’s made worse because our celebrated MLB history of Morgan to Beason to Luke to fuging Whitehead lmao

I mean we should just try Shaq or Carter at MLB.  There us no way they are worse. Who was that MLB from Wisconsin we signed as an undrafted rookie. I would even say he is worth giving a shot. Also let Kenny Robinson play FS over Boston. Let the rookies learn versus the vets playing awful.

MLB HAS to be addressed this offseason

To be fair on that second one Tahir hit his fill and the CB got swallowed by the OL, losing outside contain. The angle after, however, was... suboptimal.

I wouldn't mind seeing Shaq at MLB for a few of these games. I still think he's better outside but worth at least taking a look.

52, Boston and DJax need to ride the bench for the forseeable future.

Move Shaq inside and try some combination of Carter/Franklin/Hayes/Orr out there.

No doubt, if Parsons or Moses are available when we select, they are certainly in the conversation for our R1 pick. Also, Surtain II is moving up there too. Douglas has come back down to Earth and could be a good boundary CB opposite a CB1....but not as the alpha CB1.

Rome wasn't built in a day.

The only other times we haven't had a great MLB was in 2000 with Lester Towns and 2006 with Christ Draft. Even then, those 2 were pretty decent. Whitehead may actually be the worst MLB in Panthers history.

Week after week we all can see how bad Whitehead is, but the organisation can't?? Or are unwilling to admit it? Come on. This team use to pride itself on a strong defence lead by a strong MLB. I'd hate to see the day this team went away from this formula.

The Lions & the Raiders let him go, and for good reason. He's not NFL material. He'd be lucky to join the Jets.

    • You have gave the board some recent gold via posting. Heres my poor attempt at the truthful play-by-play of the time during post- I pulled out the old laptop to do my shitposting and check on websites. Open the huddle and see this new thread. Open thread and read CRAs post, {inner thinking, oooOOooo this is my lane and I got this}. Make sure not to scroll even to the 2nd post. 23% of current neurons still firing start up and two names appear- Captain and Josh....... about another 43 seconds past "O GOD" it's July 4th weekend and I got medicine to pick up. (If the laptop didn't give away my aging, the meds should...) I need to split, think long panther careers and the hint-  Ryan Kalil was a late 2nd and Pro bowls(even all-pros too) he's got to be OLman and Mikie Minter is among the all-time Panthers career leaders. Drop my post. Scramble to get keys, wallet, and phone. Check my phone- its 17% battery.....fug I now have to raw dog the pickup line and put the phone on charge.... Flip flops, sweat ringed filled hat, and shades acquired. Get in my pos rav4 and think about not running the A/C. Pull out the drive way and reach the 1st stop light, A/C is wide open. I check my shirt to see if there's any new stains on my house shirt, bush off the Bojangles salt that I see.... Neurons re-fire and focus on the comments CRA made that no one would get this....... Dang IT, that means it isn't Ryan Kalil or Mike Minter! CVS is close, but I know its impossible I get back withing 10 minutes to change my post and my phone is on the charger. {Think you monkey, at one point you were a draft nerd}. Reach the CVS line, by some grace its not 5 cars deep during 5 o'clock traffic hell. Im second in line after the car in front of me both turn in, they have to go back and forth to line up while Im a pro for that geometry. Neurons finally reach peak performance as Ive re-thought draft classes. Think obscure and unknown 7th rounders with long careers. Some Sunday/Monday night member berry fell out of my Melon, Will montgomery during the players intros for washington. I thought he out of the league and was shocked to see him still playing around the 2015 years. I do a goggle background check and that refreshed memory. Pick up the meds and enjoy the sweet smelling cool CVS air. Driving back and check in on one of the local bums at the big stop light, wow he's got a new fancy rug. Think about all the old food I got and need to start giving it away and rethink it. Reach home and post a follow up and I know Minter is wrong too, I check the draft history and see Robert Mcclain. Too late, but that would have been my guess....open CRAs link and get "upset" at the DBs name.
    • THANKS my guy! Keeping up with this threads theme, if I view a thread and there's only 20 posts and some time passes. If I see there's one new post and read the name; @Dave Gettleman's Shortsis among the chosen few that I will reopen that thread just to see what you posted.    Thanks again, plus not just a scout, thats scotty mccloughans son?!?!? If not for the deep claws of booze, scotty is among the best talent finders this league has recently had. Last I heard he ran a consulting business. Caden could be one of those who's on a early path to being a GM in the future. I was a big fan of his dad, dam shame about booze demon ruining his career.
