We're not going to let the media know our draft plans. No one outside the Panthers organization knows our draft plans.

Lol

the panthers told the entire league what their draft plans were after the last game

..and for the slow learners and non believers there was the Stafford trade attempt

So you know our draft plans? Nope. Does the media? Nope. Case closed.

Hard to say with a new GM

With Hurney, you know it was a move dooming us for the next several years

Can we now evaluate things outside of being an NC native and loving your mother?

I think most of us have PTSD from Hurney so have to let that go and see what this FO can do

Really bad idea.

Yep. They need to sit where they are and let the chips fall where they may. Take the best best tackle or BPA in general and keep building the team. Or trade back and take BPA. The Panthers are more than a year or two from competing for a championship even if a different QB would help them squeak into the playoffs.

Sign Trubisky and trade Teddy very soon.  Opens up a lot of options for us in the draft.

That's the least dramatic way to move forward. I agree with that move. DJ would prosper in that situation. Mobile QB for Rhule. Great defense and a good QB that limits mistakes is a very good start. He'd have to buy in with Brady and limit his mistakes. If the Bears would trade him though, they're making a move for DangeRuss.

Trubisky is more attractive than TB right now as far as trade bait for Houston or Seattle.

Mitch is a free agent no trade necessary.

    • Nobody on the huddle is saying we have an elite group offensively across the board. They aren't great. They're young. If you are expecting someone to agree with your position of blaming everyone around Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career you are going to be left holding the bag save for a handful of people who act like they are paid to defend his honor. Bryce Young is not a guy who has had to claw and fight his way into starting jobs in football. He's had the best to work with and been gifted roles since he was a teenager. The Panthers have one of the youngest rosters in the league and with us needing an infusion of young defensive talent in the upcoming draft we're only going to get younger. We need a QB who possesses the ability to elevate those around him. If you can't agree with me on that then there's nothing further to discuss.
    • All Bryce and the Panthers had to do was split with the Saints and a rookie QB. The bar was so low. They even had a whole bye week to prepare. The time for singing kumbaya was before that game. Anyone still talking about Bryce earning a second contract 43 games into his career is living a fantasy. He might get one from the Tepper owned Panthers but he's damn sure not earned it.
