Per Adam Schefter, “In speaking to some teams, I don’t think this is going to deter anyone’s interest in trading for Deshaun Watson”

If this is true, he is a SERIAL RAPIST!!! Shouldn't they be speaking with the Police instead of suing for damages? Surely 9 of them with a rich, famous and powerful attorney can go to the police now, can't they???

Harvey Weinstein had zero accusers until he had one. That opened the gates.

Dude, lemme just tell ya that a guy telling women how they ought to handle a type of victimization that extremely few of us ever have to experience is venturing into some dangerous territory.

I understand. Men want justice. The first time somebody told me she'd been through something like this, I immediately wanted to go find the guy and mess him up. Unfortunately, real life is way more complicated than revenge flicks or Law and Order SVU episodes.

It's just not that simple. Wish it were.

Revenge flicks? really? I have to get away. Too many SJWs around here. Welcome to 2021.

If the massive contract implications didn't drive you away from Watson.

If the massive cost in draft capital didn't drive you away from Watson.

If the massive cost in trading stars didn't drive you away from Watson.

If the chance that the new QB would be running the team rather than the head coach didn't drive you away from Watson.

If the fact that he's never said he wants to be in Carolina didn't drive you away from Watson.

If the potential that he would be facing three civil lawsuits for unwanted sexual advances in this modern climate didn't drive you away from Watson...

... then nothing will change your mind. I would also advise that you should probably stay away from used car lots, get rich quick schemes, multi-level marketing, Nigerian royalty e-mails and time share opportunities. Not that you'd take that advice.

    • That's mostly me. I came into the season basically believing he was not ever going to be the guy but with a little bit of wait and see. It didn't take long of me seeing before I saw he was the same guy he has largely always been. Maybe in some future scenario 3-5 years from now he is confident enough to be a decent NFL QB. I don't really want to be the team waiting for that to happen. Let his 3rd, 4th, 5th or whatever team be the ones that figure it out.
    • Naw let him get to Tampa and crack his old fragile body with Radsom or Trey M I’d love to see him get rocked by this raw defense. He’s a fool thinking he would leave us for greener pastures I’m glad it played out this way should’ve stayed loyal to the ones who really wanted you.
    • And a legitimate question to ask is what does this offense look like once Bryce is off his rookie contract? How is that offensive line going to look? We have a ton of money invested up front and that is 100% unsustainable with Bryce making starting QB money. Icky and Moton are going to be 50m per season plus the guards at 32 and possibly Mays at 6-8 if we're lucky. Add in Bryce and that's 125m just on those 6 players if we tried to keep them all. It's just not doable.  So then the real question IMO becomes, if we spent the money on our OL, and less on a QB, would the outcome be that much different? I haven't seen Bryce elevate the offense enough by himself on a consistent basis to warrant the contract we would have to give him, not to mention the players we would have to give up, based on the accelerations of the bonuses as I understand them, would likely include Icky.
