Ye Evolution of the OL has Begunst

There is certainly justification in fans not being sold on our efforts this year to shore up the offensive line after years of mismanagement. We basically punted at left tackle again by pitting a 3rd round rookie against an oft injured castoff tackle released from a team uninterested in retaining his services. Apparently some folks think no front office executives in the league have been wrong before. If an echo chamber and condescension to anyone who thinks differently is what you seek maybe catscratchreader is more in your wheelhouse.

Tag Moton then let him go. His body is not going to hold up long term imo. Get out while he's healthy and let him break down during some other team's mega deal.

He's never missed a game. Was questionable one time in 4 years. Set a school record for starts.

Where do you come up with this?

Lol, no kidding. We went from wanting Sewell to pair with Moton to a hey, Erving and Elflein can carry 3 rookies and we don’t need Moton. Amazing, isn’t it.

Dude....the fact that people think this line will be better than last year absolutely stuns me.

I am scared they will.  He want elite LT money.  And if so, they let him walk.  I always estimate on the high side, however, so maybe his demands are just a negotiation tactic. Nobody should negotiate in 2020-21 if they could get tagged.

Traumatized from the Marty days. I don’t think this front office will make the same mistakes.

    • Yes. I went to those games instead of selling In 2018, it was hot  as hell and the Panthers had some ‘entertainment on the side of the stadium, like a street fair…I have never seen so many seriously obese people, men and women, in cowboy leggings and shirts   I swear, it was traumatic  I said to my friend with me ‘dear god, Cam. In the name of all that is holy, please win  this home game, if you never win another one, to shut these people up.   I stayed in a hotel sat and Sunday near stadium. Sweet Jesus  obnoxious …of course, when they lose,, there isn’t one sign of cowboys anything   worst fans ever,  they will be in Charlotte in force because even at the escalated price in Charlotte, , it was still cheaper than attending in Jerry ville
    • Jags WRs have twice as many drops plus some as the next closest team.
    • Very true about Pennington but I don’t think anyone traded a haul to move up in the draft to get him, that’s what gets me about young. I mean essentially we gave up cmc and moore, our two best offensive players, one of which is arguably one of the best in the league. Gave them up for a guy who hasn’t shown any reason for us to give up the haul to get him. It’s year three and we are seeing the same mistakes he was making year one game one.
