WFT has narrowed down their list of potential new names

That's  exactly why they released it. Too see  how they hold up.

I think Washington Football Team is better than anything they can possibly come up with.

From what I've seen most of the fans want Redwolves. Rivera himself is even supposedly in favor of it.

I would almost bet that the RedHogs are one of the finalist.  I saw where that was popular because back in their glory days their offensive line was called the hogs.  Plus many fans to this day wear those hog noses to the games.

Brigade and Commanders are probably my favorites.

So then just flat out release these 8 candidates and see which ones poll best and narrow it down that way.  This whole "we have three finalists already selected but we're not telling you which ones, it's a secret!!!" seems really counterintuitive.

This would make sense being that the red wolf is nearly extinct with it's last foothold in the wild being in northeastern NC. You know, kinda like the Washington Football Team.
