He is 44 and still playing at an elite level Peyton Manning broke down at 39 Drew Brees at 41...  He will likely become the second oldest quarterback to start a game this season (First in the modern era) that's it's insane I'm surprised more haven't adopted his wacky diet.

its not diet, tom brady has never had a bad oline, rarely does he get sacked. thats why hes still healthy.

He helps his oline look better by getting the ball out so fast.

Yea he actually plays QB the way I've always heard it coached....just usually it doesn't happen like that obv. Like the throws the ball well before the WR even breaks on the route....

You gotta be a masochist to want to play CB in today's game. Breathe in a receiver and flags litter the field. Be in perfect position to defend a pass and get two hand shoved to the turf and the entire football world celebrates Brady's greatness. Those are some hard to swallow pills right there.

Its lame how easily the flags come out. Quite frankly I'm fine with more contact both ways its just preposterous to ask them to play without hand fighting/checking which is just football.

I'd settle for it simply to be called fairly. Every flag in the refs' pockets would've been laying on the field if the roles were reversed on that play and that's just straight up handicapping the defense.

    • I think the qualification has changed over time though. A deep ball play used to take 4 to 6 seconds for the receiver to get to that spot on the field. Now a receiver can be there in 2.5. That's less time than most QBs have to set and throw. In my mind a deep route takes time to develop. A crossing route and a deep route can't take the same amount of time at full speed. You can have 4 deep balls on the same drive,  almost 5 if you do 5 20 yard throws goal line to goal line. That doesn't even make sense when you say it out loud.
    • The sad part is it looks manicured enough that he's aware it's running away from him.  Also, I just wanted to give you some fun loving grief on King Haynes today having a chance to throw a game winning TD, and was wildly errant, and ultimately picked off to end the game.  So happy I won't have to hear anything else about The Golden Calf of Bristol lite ever again watching college football.
    • I just think Panthers believe in Bryce far more than the fans do and he is most likely going to be the QB at least the next two seasons. the real shot of us moving from Bryce is not getting an extension, till then they are going to give him every chance to succeed and I just want to win.
