This week the Carolina Panthers host division rival New Orleans Saints in a matchup that is sure to frustrate both team. Division games are rarely one sided and can be some of the best action of the entire season. 

Let us now see what fans of the New Orleans Saints are saying.

Isn't it strange to see other fans talk about how much firepower the Carolina Panthers have? I think it is. In my opinion, teams need to be far more worried about the Panthers defense at this point. If the Panthers can pressure Jameis early, he will revert to Tampa Bay Jameis and the game will be won.

If Darnold gets even a little rattled, the Saints defense will have opportunities to take advantage. The Panthers have good WRs, but so did the Packers… and Darnold is no Rodgers.

The Panthers are going to run everything thru CMC… if he gets off, it could be a very close game. He’s always dangerous… they’ll give him a bunch of carries and receptions… then they’ll take shots downfield to Moore and Anderson.

On offense, the Saints will have to take what is given. The Panthers will focus on Kamara and force Winston to play mistake-free football again. With solid LBs and Chinn at Safety, they could contain AK41. Winston will have to get the WRs going, and Taysom Hill could play a bigger role as an offensive weapon (with AK on the field at the same time).

Some pretty decent points here. Yes, the Panthers offensive line is really bad. But the Jets strength is their defensive line so I don't agree with them having zero pass rush. 

The Panthers practice against CMC every day. The Saints practice against Kamara every day. Both defenses are well versed in stopping a multi use premier runningback. Will be interesting to watch.

Can't really argue with this. The Saints are an established team. The Panthers are up and coming (we hope). The Panthers won't be ready for prime time until they can at least split with New Orleans and Tampa Bay.

Quite a few Saints fans are paying attention to what is actually happening in Carolina. Solid coaching, solid defense, solid run game. That is never an easy combination to go up against.

I don't know what's more satisfying; that for the first time in I don't know how long, our rivals fear our offensive firepower, or the fact that they're totally overlooking our defense.

I'm impressed that they think our LB Corps looks solid, and am even more surprised that I agree. 

And I really hope after all this, it doesn't come down to the kicking game to decide it.

Having Miller back and not Daley on the right side should help things a whole heck of a lot. Replacing your worst performer with an average performer is pretty significant.

I'd be super happy to see our defense continue their rise against the Saints.  I do think that if you pressure Jameis, he will make poor decisions.

Kinda like our guy actually, though I think Sam isn't quite the turnover machine Jameis can be.

Close game I think / hope, and I believe the game will be decided by whichever defense can get the most consistent pressure on their opponent.

Yeah especially with Lattimore and Davenport out. I'd be shocked if we don't put up 20+.

Correct.  He has not been ruled out.  That said, newly acquired Bradley Roby is active for the game.  The Saints just traded for him from the Texans as part of their fire sale.  He immediately becomes the #2 CB behind Lattimore on the roster.

      Good hit, I bet 0 bball today. I went ahead and put my parlay in for soccer tomorrow since the first game I like starts at 730. Como over shots on target is probably the biggest stretch so it may be over before I wake up lol. All the wins I feel pretty good about if you want to tail those

      Yeah magic choked that away. Out of the group of 5 philly and Orlando are clearly trending down and Charlotte Atlanta Miami trending up. I'd expect that to be the 6-8 and I would really like to see them at least finish 7th

      Ehh I doubt it I think he probably does want to just be a Warrior lifer and continue to contend with them and extend the dynasty/legacy there. I can absolutely see him coming here if the Warriors blow it up but I think he’s fine trying to run it back next year with a healthy Butler, etc. I think it’ll blow up in their faces and if so then he’s a UFA and could just sign here then if he wants and we’re truly contending     Magic loss was huge, a questionable out of bounds call with 4 seconds left led to a 3 pointer to win it for LA. Hawks pulled away big on the Warriors’ scrubs, no surprise. Rockets Heat is a tight one. We really need the Rockets to win it. Heat would have a tiebreaker over us but they have a hellish schedule coming up and I could see us finishing a game above them. We have tiebreaker over Hawks and Orlando. Philly TBD. 1.5 games out of 6-8 seeds as of now…
