All the good faith he built has been dashed in my opinion... Now he's back to pre trade worries... Every QB misses throws.. But not stepping up on big moments and making dumbass throws are unacceptable.. sorry

It’s tough. He had an absolutely terrible game and you are right about every concern….but the line was as bad as I have seen it in a long time, and it’s been horrific all year.

The o line didn't throw those picks he threw them

There isn't a QB in the league that could have worked behind that line with those play calls today. We had one receiving threat and a bunch of bad choices out there.

We had designed plays where our great hope was freaking Ian Thomas. Ian "Catch three balls a year and two are my own" Thomas. 

They blanketed DJ and put a waterboy on Robby. Terrace Marshall, Jr. stood around looking tall most of the day.

Honestly, let him get CMC back. He was forcing/rushing everything today without proper second line blocking. Same thing last week.

I think since we are having Jets-like OL play, we are seeing Jets-like Sam Darnold.

His ceiling is probably lower than we want but it's hard to get super upset at him when we knew he was a streaky player and didn't play well under pressure but we assembled a bottom 5 OL unit in front of him.

He needs to learn you can’t be reckless with the ball in crucial situations. That last INT he should not have thrown it since it was good coverage. Just throw it away and play another down.

Yeah, some of that is the natural gunslinger in him. He was never going to be a true game manager.

This season.  The one we are only 5 games into and played a couple chump teams.  
 

I mean, even people like Mike Greeney who acknowledge Sam is in a better spot and the Jets coaching sucked…..still acknowledge Sam has been showing a lot of his concerning issues through the good start.  

Odds remain Sam will be Sam.  He was never Jimmy Clausen

I saw Marshall open, just like last week in Dallas. Anderson need to be benched for a game, and move Marshall to his spot and activate Shi Smith in the slot.
