Just trying to have neutral expectations at this point.  Just signed up for 4 hours of overtime work for Sun.  Will be sitting at a computer at home with a headset on answering calls from 11-3.  I will have a TV beside the computer muted with closed caption on.  If the team had won the last 2 games it is doubtful that I would have volunteered to work.

Sat in your seat at the eagles game.

IF we lose this game heads need to roll, especially if the offense sucks again.

OF course they will not because Brady has the perfect gameplan the players just have to execute it, mastermind.

Whose head is gonna roll?

Yours?

Obviously none of our coaching staff. They were brought on to the long term. Evidently you missed that memo.

Giants 24, Panthers 20. Rhule’s next win as a coach comes in his next job

Brady's play calling mystifies (as usual) in the second half while the Panthers squander a 10 point first half lead:

Giants: 17

 Panthers: 10

The combination of a weak O-line..........Darnold's pass reads....... and Brady's play calling???

Easy..........Giants 24 Panthers 20

Can't you just feel the good vibrations wafting out into the universe?

    • I wonder if they'd consider trading Rasheed Walker to a team that needs tackle help but missed out in the draft?
    • LOL. This is such a Panthers fan take.  Anyone who falls to us must suck because some other team didn't take them before.  We got lucky with Lemon, Thieneman, and Freeling all falling to us (honestly any of the three is a A+) but the WR and S positions are much deeper than the LT position in this draft.  We got the LT w/ the most upside at 19.  Mauigoa played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the nfl.  Spano played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the NFL due to short arms.  Blake Miller played RT in college and is not as good as Freeling.  Proctor is a true LT but his ability to handle quick edge's worries me (see Icky).  Freeling is a true LT and a gifted pass protector.  Many think he has a very high ceiling and will benefit from not having to start right away.  This is how you build a franchise.
    • After watching Cam get killed for years behind a bad Oline and having to watch the 2021 and 2023 Olines I will never complain about this team putting resources into that spot.  We got a true LT who could really push Rasheed Walker for the day 1 job. Go back and watch Iceky's draft profile from 2022 and all the talk was Ickey would be an all-pro guard in a zone blocking scheme, but he could play LT in a gap power run scheme. That's why Ickey looked really good when Wilks took over and we just started running gap run plays and just mauled people up front but under Canales we've been more of a zone running team. Ickey can survive at LT with his pass blocking but his true strength will always be his ability to just move guys in the run game and that's a skill set that's better used at guard.  Take another OT later on day 3 to learn from Moton to take over RT in a couple of years and let Walker and Freeling battle it out for the day 1 LT job then next offseason trade one of Hunt of Lewis and let Ickey move inside to guard.
