For many of you not-so-merry Carolina Panthers fans, seeing head coach Matt Rhule back on the sidelines in 2022 probably wasn’t on your wishlists. Well, like another pair of socks, you might just be getting it anyway.

According to CBS Sports senior NFL insider Jonathan Jones, the Panthers “will be standing pat this offseason” with Rhule. Given Jones’ rock-solid past as the team beat writer for The Charlotte Observer, this report is likely as credible as they come.

Im going to gett poo'd here... but I am open to seeing what a third season looks like. Now 4-5 games in though, if we look like buns... pull the cord.

An offseason dedicated to building the o-line (see Chiefs/Bucs/Raiders/Chargers over the last 4 years in single offseasons) could allow us to see a completely different team.

If you can't run the ball, then you pass, if you can't pass the ball, you run. We couldnt block for either.

Tepper isn’t going to fire Rhule 4 games into a season, we will be stuck with him for most if not the entire thing.

What makes you think Rhule can fix our o-line when he couldn’t wait one day to sign Erving and Elflein and refused to play Brady even though he showed he’s better than any other option we have?

Because Brady wasn’t a better option and hasn’t shown it.  You are building a false dilemma which is getting prevalent around here.

    • He’s also 21 years old. I don’t know why fiz is so eager to label him a bust
    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
