Cam didn't play good enough to win.

Why is it classless?  I think in some ways it shows he sees the offense as not his alone but his and Cams... Which as the 2 QBs, that makes sense...

It really isn't a competition at this point.  The team is dogshit and the offense blows at all levels.

He needs to speak on what he controls. And that's his play.

There is a lot to rip Darnold and Rhule for but some of you are reaching hard…

Clearly Sam wasn’t referring to just todays game and that statement is not meant to be a shot at Cam at all

Have you ever heard Cam specifically reference another players name when talking about not playing well enough? I’m pretty sure that’s a no.

Example. Cam wouldn't do that.

Wasn’t trying to compare him to Cam in any way shape or form.

Like you, I’d defend Cam, his play on the field, and his professionalism over Darnold any day of the week.

With that said, this quote is not a reason to villainize Darnold. Him being terrible at football is more than enough

That's a fair perspective too, but he also noted himself in the statement.

Darnold has a lot of faults but he seems to take responsibility for his shittiness..

    • I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.
    • I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
    • Also maybe the biggest part is his fromer college buddy, Lord Lamar told the GM to sign him. It was done nearly right after and guess who was the first person Alexander met at ravens stadium??
