Still the plan the Bengals for Burrow is what Rhule wanted Darnold to do. Short quick passes and running. Unfortunately Darnold sucks at it and Burrow was pretty good it.

I think they adjusted to that because the line sucks, Burrow/Chase/Higgins can get medium/deep shots all day long if they have time. Joe Mixon does his job for about half of CMC. Just totally different situation. Bengals adjusted at halftime, our coaching staff doesn't know how to

Lol do even follow the NFL. The Chiefs lost that exact way 3 years ago to the Patriots and then tried to get the OT rule changed, they were voted down by teams (including the Bills themselves). Then Reid and others even after last week commented that they need to change the OT rules. Reid/Mahomes/other Chiefs have never made any excuses.

Just saying the shoe is on the other foot.  Who cares if they agree with the rule or not?  They benefited last week from the current format and got beat under the same rules.  I have no problem with sudden death as long as both teams touch the ball at least once.  That's the only thing that needs to change.  The college format is stupid, IMO.

It’s a real bad look for them because bengals aren’t close to being in the same class as them and they played scared and timid the entire second half. Mahomes included.

Truthfully they got in their own heads. In the second half you could tell the Bengals wanted it. They harassed Mahomes and almost ended the game on that fumble. The Chiefs are a very good team but the second half and overtime showed they needed to be humbled. They got lucky on a toss against Buffalo. Didn't repeat that tonight. All this talk about the loudest place in sports yada yada. None of it mattered.

Ensuring that both teams get at least one shot would be great, even if just for the playoffs. It would completely change the strategy for OT as well. No one would want the ball first.

I love this Bengals run, it has been great. The thought of them in the Super Bowl against the Rams D-Line is legit terrifying. If the Rams win, Bengals are going to have to max protect every play or Donald and He Who Shall Not Be Named are going to set sack records.

Agreed. Chiefs D was terrible this year, their best pass rusher was an old and washed up Melvin Ingram who they got for free basically.

College format is dumb and takes the team aspect out of the game. Just give both teams a possession and if the 2nd team can't match the first score the game is over, if they match keep going, if they outscore game is over. They got it right with a field goal can't win but just make it a TD can't win on first possession

Now they know how it feels not being able to answer the other team's score.

They already knew how it felt. End of story.
