@Verge liked a tweet that said we are basically at the finish line with this and that tells me it’s all but done..

I don’t know if you follow Benjamin Albright (insider for the broncos but very connected around the league) hes a very good follow on Twitter. Anyway, he pinned a tweet on his page last night asking what the betting odds were for Watson to Carolina. He made that post last year when it was heavily rumored he was coming to Charlotte. This was not his pinned tweet a few days ago and for it to come out of nowhere like this says a lot. Couple that with Verges info, we may have something here.

edit: also, two hours before the Wilson trade, Albright tweeted out the odds of WIlson to the broncos....

This is going to get interesting.

I’d like to think teams like Minnesota, Seattle and Washington are in on the Watson situation as well…. But with all of these trades and huge free agent acquisitions …. You hear one thing after they get done “this deal has been in the workings for months”

and that’s what’s going on with us and Houston.

Not I.  I would actively cheer against the Panthers.  I hope the fans boo Tepper and Deshaun out of the stadium.

Just curious. Not indicting or stirring the pot.

if Watson were to land here and do a bunch of community work along with going on an actionable apology tour for his actions….

would you consider forgiving him?

Yeha I figured the same. I feel like if Friday comes out with the best possible scenario for Watson, then phone calls and articles willl be endless

They will know before we do. I feel like interested teams probably have a good idea what will happen anyway.

    • Miami Dolphins After going undrafted in the 2023 NFL draft, Davis signed with the Miami Dolphins on April 30, 2023.[12] He was waived on August 29, 2023 due to his in-game injury.[13] Injury On August 26, 2023, during the fourth quarter of the Week 3 preseason game versus the Jacksonville Jaguars, Davis suffered an injury after sustaining a hit from Jaguars linebacker Dequan Jackson while the wideout was attempting to catch a pass from teammate James Blackman. Jackson appeared to make helmet-to-helmet contact with Davis, drawing an unnecessary roughness flag after the play and leaving Davis immobilized and later carted off the field. The game was later suspended with 8 minutes and 32 seconds remaining, with Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel saying, "The two teams agreed that football shouldn't be played anymore tonight." This was the second game to be suspended in the 2023 NFL season as the first involved Patriots cornerback Isaiah Bolden after a Week 2 preseason game against the Packers.[14] The next day on August 27, 2023, the Dolphins had released a statement saying that Davis was released from the hospital and would be traveling back to Miami with the team personnel.[15] However two days later on August 29, 2023, Davis was waived by the Dolphins with an injury settlement ahead of the team's cuts for the 53-player roster limit
    • By all means, go for it and talk down the league that guy came from its all good. Its just funny to hear you laugh at someone else's accomplishments having zero yourself.  Life is about criticisms of course......And it can also be fun to laugh at those those on the other side as well who never did a thing minimize others accomplishments. Good day sir!
    • Exactly,  there's only so many "elite" qbs in the league at any one time. It's usually 4 or 5 at most. Sometimes less.
