Multiple Super Bowls really? And you have been loving having the highest paid running back in the league with no viable starting quarterback. Do you not like winning or what?

Texans had Watson, a prime JJ Watt, Clowney, and Hopkins didn't even make it past the 2nd round of the Playoffs. Now because the Panthers are giving up Burns, and maybe Chinn with 3 first rounders the Texans are going to the Super Bowl?

Statistically that isn't unfair, though.

I see all the people throwing his stats out there but Cousins is the classic counter argument to those guys.

Cousins has always had solid stats man. But something with him just not winning like he should.

You think giving up all your high draft picks for three years, plus all of your good players equals winning MORE?

I find it interesting there is very very little to no coverage of Deshaun Watson on ESPN or NFL.COM.  I wonder if they are making a statement here.  There is definitely a lot of TB12 TB12 TB12....hmmmmm.....

Might have something to do with Brady being one of, if not, the biggest star in the NFL.

They definitely are...  I said the same thing yesterday.  When we have been the frontrunner, the national media dies down to a whisper.  When another team seemed to be getting in the driver's seat, they were frothing at the mouth to tweet, retweet, and report.

What have the Panthers done since 2015 other than lose? A bad small market team is not a ratings or click producing thing.

Very Very Very interesting....hmm...I have a lot of theories....but it is extremely odd...even on ESPN and FS1 yesterday...its either all about how the LAKERS stink poo or TB12....whispers about WATSON...

The Lakers, the marquee NBA team, have 4-5 guys that most say are all HOFers and that people assumed would be the most super of super teams. Nobody saw this coming, so it's news as the NBA season makes the final push to the playoffs.

It's not some conspiracy against the Panthers, Charlotte, or the Carolinas. It's all about the money, ratings/clicks, and big market teams.

    • Some national praise for Stankonia this fine morning... NHL playoff breakouts: 6 players opening eyes with their postseason performance Stankoven had an absolutely dominant Game 1 against Ottawa. At five-on-five, the team went up 19-5 in shot attempts, 2-0 in scoring, and earned a 93 percent xG rate in his minutes. Stankoven’s seven shot attempts and overall efforts helped contribute to 2.17 of the Canes’ 3.16 expected goals at five-on-five. ... After earning two primary points on the Canes’ goals on Saturday, he saved a goal in Game 2 that almost slipped over the line (and likely would have changed the tone of the game early), and added another of his own. 15 early takes from Round 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs 5. Stankoven’s a dawg The Hurricanes have a lot of dawgs — Martinook is one too — but Logan Stankoven deserves the title in his own way. Three goals through two games, not afraid of the moment, and his line with Taylor Hall and Jackson Blake is relentless. They’ve got an expected goal rate around 75 per cent at 5-on-5 so far. ***Bonus Round*** 4. Tkachuk has to settle into the moment Last Ottawa thought is that they’ve got lots of guys going. Tim Stutzle is all over it, Drake Batherson, Ridly Greig, these guys should’ve scored more than they have, but it’s like there’s a forcefield at the net. However, Brady Tkachuk hasn’t been on the ice for a goal for yet, and to me, it’s because he’s just so damn over-eager. He looks like he’s in a fist-fight with the puck out there and it’s blowing up on his stick way too often. He needs the opposite of smelling salts pre-game. He needs a chai tea and a fiction novel in the dressing room. He’s one of the rare guys you’d like to see calm down, rather than rev up.
