He would have to improve a poo ton, but I know he just doesn't have it in him. No one wants to come to his team, like fuging Pep Hamilton chose to stay with the Texans and they are run by fuging crazy theocrats. He's toxic and has to GTFO

Progress. I want to see he has made the necessary adjustments in coaching and the team to be better. That's more than 9 wins. I still don't understand all the hate for Rhule. His first season he had little to no off-season due to COVID. Last year we had a QB that had 17 turnovers in 12 games and we lacked our best player for the vast majority of the season. If you think another coach would have come in here and taken this team to the playoffs then I think that's crazy.

Improvement and 9 wins. That is the bar and is fair and also achievable. It’s put up or shut up time. 

Anything less, he needs to be canned immediately.

Starting fast, only to run out of gas after 5 games....he's a goner.

He doesn't have to win a playoff game, but he needs to be competitive.

If he makes the playoffs and actually wins one game or more there, then I'll change my mind completely about him and be glad he's here.

I just don't think he's the man and I honestly don't think he'll make it past the bye week this season, much less to the play offs. The results aren't on the table and there's no outside feeling that this team believes it is on the rise.

I want him to prove me wrong. And if he does, I'm a big enough man to shake his hand and say I was wrong.

Showing improvement over the course of the season. Showing development and evolving as a coach with good in-game adjustments. At least competing for a playoff berth.

Falling short in any of those three categories should trigger a change IMO.

He would have to take the team deep into the playoffs. However, I don’t believe he is capable of that regardless of staff or roster. He just isn’t an NFL caliber coach.

People say they want him gone regardless. Even if he wins a Super Bowl which we’ve never done. Literally cheering against our teams success. If a super bowl or Rhule being gone is an option you take Rhule being gone. I think if he wins 10 games his job is safe. Whether it will be who knows. Hopefully 10 games in the NFC is a wild card spot.

I think he lost the locker room last year.  If he loses it again.  He's done.

That said if he shows he's learned from his mistakes and the team fights and plays well.  I don't have a problem with.    

My biggest concern is the loyalty to Baylor and Temple players and coaches.  Some of these guys wouldn't be in the NFL if it weren't for Rhule.
