Which is hypocritical for an organization (and an owner) who have promised to be better than what we had under Jerry Richardson.

Yes I agree but if you can play, NFL teams don't care. Lets see... Ben Roethlisberger, Payton Manning, Brett Favre, Deshawn Watson just to name a few.

I helped fund the new courthouse in the 80's with all the speeding tickets I got on the way to the beach.

OH its that piece of poo town?

On another note, can we talk about the charges? Ok, he should have a legal gun so wtf there? Or can a legal gun become illegal if next to drugs? Its NC and a super police state so I wouldn't put it past the laws there that he had a legal gun they just made it illegal, regardless I can't fathom why it would be illegal since he doesn't have any previous criminal history and financially, while not insignificant is something I expect an NFL player to be able to take care of, even on a late draft rookie contract.

Also, its sounds like a tab or two of LSD, this is basically like a dude that think hes rich and needs a gun to "protect himself" went to Wilmington or God forbid Myrtle Beach for the a few days to party and got popped coming back speeding (as we know lots of the players do) on the way back home, illegal search (cause how tf they even find the gun and drugs? That's never addressed.) and booked into jail on some bullshit. None of that even sounds criminal, hell in Oregon I know its not.

NC is an open carry state as well. As long as the gun is visible its legal (assuming you actually own the gun).

    • There are 98 NBA players that have more points in the paint than our superstar. That isn't a ref problem.
    • I don't really get the Cam parallels. Cam was a monster and even with the refs not giving him his due he still ate. Where it finally had an impact was when they let defenses headhunt him. There are probably some refs that don't like LaMelo for reasons people can determine on their own. But I think most of the noncalls are due to us being a small market team and the league and the refs just giving zero fưcks if we continue to exist. At the end of the day it's up to LaMelo to rise above it all. Nobody is out there trying to take his head off. He needs to add some bulk in the offseason assert himself and get physical in the paint and take any fouls that might come along the way and gradually you will see the tide turn. But nothing is going to change for the better for him or the team if he just continues to limit himself to acrobatic threes from halfcourt. That's just the reality of the situation.
    • Terrence Brown Jr. Scored 19.9 and 3.8 apg for Utah. He had a visit today, Juke Harris had one yesterday. Word is Knox is following Martin to UNC.  Avdalas committed today Jarin committed to returning  Young committed to returning  Adams committed to enrolling  Last I heard Mingo is still committed  So right now the roster is as far as I know.  Mingo, Adams, Avdalas, Young, Knox, Matlekovic, and Stevenson.    Veesar and Juke both have significant offers from UNC.
