Nightmare - they draft a QB a in the first round.   Then trade a 2023 first rounder to get back into the first round.

Dream - boring.  They draft a OT.  They don't get trade happy to secure a bunch of late round picks.  Just use the dang 4th in 4th.

Heart Attack Fred Sanford GIF

Dream - We trade down and draft OT Trevor Penning

Nightmare - We trade up to draft a QB

dream... trade #6 to GB for Love, their 1st & 2nd. We draft OL and WR with our fist 2 picks.

nightmare... anything involving the Panthers and Sam Howell aka Grier 2.0. Even if he somehow ended up being good, Linville's spam posts would be insufferable 🤣🤣🤣

What is your dream draft scenario for the first round(can include trading, obviously)?

What is your nightmare draft scenario for the first round?

Dream: Neal/Ekwonu fall to us and we select them at #6.

Nightmare: Draft any QB at #6.

Well, you said it all.  I want an LT and not a QB.

Dream: Take a 10 year LT with the 6th. Trade CMC for a QB good enough to make it through the 2022 season and have some fun, whoever just doesn't matter as long as the commitment in contract is short.

Nightmares: QB at 6, trading next years draft picks away and trading back for a bunch of guys who won't play much this year again.

Nightmare: we trade up to take Willis. High ceiling down the road, but he wont save Rhule's job this year.

Dream: Seattle trades us 9 and 41 to grab their QB at 6. We get Cross at #9 and then one of the top interior OL  prospects fall to 41. Green/Johnson/ Linderbaum(falling fast) grab whichever is left.

Dream - trade with Philly, get Minshew as part of a package of picks that includes a 1st and 2nd rounder.  I haven't done a deep dive on what the whole package would have to be to give them #6. Then draft an OT and use the second rounder on whatever QB is there that we like.

Nightmare - draft a WR or a CB at #6. [edit to add: trade away our 2023 1st round pick]

Dream- I'm on board with the trade for Minshew and some picks deal.

Nightmare- Taking a QB at 6.

Dream: Trade 6 for Minshew, 15 and a 2nd. Trade 15 for 20 and pick up an extra 3rd and 4th. Take Penning at 20, Muma or Zion Johnson (big dream) with the 2nd, add a FS in the 3rd, 4th best C available.

Nightmare: Detroit calls and bluffs Rhule into giving up 6 and next years 1st for Pickett.

When did Minshew garner a top 10 pick???

We could probably trade a 4th or 5th and get him.

    • Ehh NYR had more scoring opportunities and Florida is healthy with an elite net minder. Only fault I have on Rod is his goalie decision. At some point, the players deserve some balme.
    • I went to McDonald's at lunch got a combo for $12. It was ok. The next day I ordered lunch from Cracker Barrel got the broccoli cheddar chicken, steak fries, and 2 biscuits paid $12 with tip. Guess which was better.
