Projected starting offensive line

remember that we had a second round grade on Brady as a guard (3rd as tackle) and now he has a year in our strength program.  Moton is proven.

We just need our new free agents to be better, and get a long term start at center and guard in the next two years, and we're set for the future.

We can hope to draft a QB this year by moving up, but remember that next year is a better year for the draft at that position, but we are also suddenly much more appealing to free agents with a good line, CMC and DJ.

Fritterer is honestly a frigging genius. INSANELY good upgrades desperately needed on the line in 1 offseason. Bozeman is an above average starting center, Corbett is a top 10 guard and Ekwonu the best LT prospect in quite a few years. Moton holding down the right side. The only potential weak link is the other guard slot but I believe in Brady there.

I think they are going to put Bozeman there and try Elf at center.  At any rate, keep BC as the swing tackle...like I've been saying.  He's decent, but decent shouldn't be your starter unless forced into service due to injury.

This. I think Pat is the starting C, BB is LG and Brady is the swing guy. Plus now all of a sudden we’ve got tons of depth with Cam and Daley. We could actually have one of the best lines in the league after years and years of having the worst.

Yeah everything looks great until you see Darnold's mug looking right back at you.

Why the hell would they move Bozeman back to guard?? He was a top 5 center last year and Clearly better at that position than guard. That would be such a Rhule move to do that.

    • It is entirely possible to defend your point without calling a bunch of people "tards".  Bryce Young sucks.  The vast majority of football fans acknowledge and accept this, especially on this site despite the very few who may argue otherwise, and even then, I find it is more in a "cut him some slack" kind of way and not a "he's the future of the team" kind of way. At the end of the day, if you look hard enough on the Internet, you are always going to find takes that drastically differ from what you perceive to be the truth.   And nobody who's football opinion is worth listening to has argued Bryce Young is the MVP.  Again, that is an example of you looking way too hard on Twitter, assuming that is something you have actually even read.
    • Bryce's Career To Date passing yards by games. Includes two games he did not start but played. 2023(179.8/GM) Less Than 100: 1 101-150: 4 151-200: 6 201-250: 4 251+: 1 2024(171.6/GM) Less Than 100: 3 101-150: 1 151-200: 3 201-250: 3 251+: 3 2025(173.8/GM) Less Than 100: 0 101-150: 4 151-200: 3 201-250: 0 251+: 1 Percentage of Games Less Than 100: 10.5% 101-150: 23.7% 151-200: 31.6% 201-250: 18.4% 251+: 13.2%     So, in 2/3 of his career games played he is under 201 yards passing.
    • It works very well it’s just frustrating because it can win enough games to keep those three coaches employed even when they don’t innovate or ever make a decision that doesn’t come from a chart. If they weren’t so robotic in their decision making they’d be in the top tier of NFL coaches.
