Just to understand, are they claiming the firm running the RH project (which I believe was a Tepper firm IIRC) was just taking money out of the Panthers to line his own pockets? If so that's messed up, and the NFL should look at Tepper immediately. That's some poo I expect from Dan Snyder.Ā

Since the company that was formed to run the project went bankrupt the only way for contractors to get money is to claim that the company and Tepper are the same and by commingling funds it takes away the protection a corporation provides and thereforeĀ Tepper and the Panthers are on the hook to pay everyone since they arent protected making the bankruptcy moot.

I’m a lawyer although I don’t practice in bankruptcy. However, I think that the basis of this filing is a creditor objecting to Tepper’s plan to pay off the bankruptcy creditors. Basically they don’t want him using insider financing to pay them off when all of his transactions associated with this project have been inside jobs, ie his other companies paying for the project despite having forming a separate business for this venture. It’s a legitimate argument considering how the project has gone south and he wants to continue to control the purse strings without searching for outside financing to pay the contractors.Ā

This a reach… it’s clear the project was for the Panthers and real estate holding companies often have clients pay contractorsĀ directlyĀ (no reason for the real estate holding company to intervene).

Don’t blame them for trying but this is a Hail Mary.

I don’t do financial but even to me this is clearly irrelevant. Judges typically see right through petty semantics which is exactly what this is.

More from The Charlotte Ledger today, some specific to your observations.Ā

Confession: I found that particular collection of dumbass takes and desperate cries for attention a while back but decided not to expose his silliness.

Kinda surprised it took this long for someone else to run across it šŸ˜„

What's funny is how easy it was to find. Literally searched "Charloot" and voila

I believe he deleted it now. But he's also on there as JayKulinaNSG. Same content.

And while we're here, some tidbits of the Snyder and Tepper worship

    • I wish I could gaslight myself into believing the same, but Eric Eager wasn't even mentioned until two posts before mine here on page five after the initial pivot to complain about Bryce on page one. Considering the views some of those involved have shared regardingĀ PFF + Dan's involvement on Fitterer's team and... well... Regardless of all of that, Nic Scourton lookedĀ reallyĀ good against the Dolphins. He was setting the edge well and even looked decent in coverage when required to drop back. He was destroying the right side of the Dolphins' OL and even got the best of the LT on several occasions. Seeing what Nic's doing on the field is likely what Evero was hoping DJJ could develop into when they took him. The team also isn't using him as much on special teams (hasn't logged a punt team snap since week 2 but is still part of the FG blocking unit). Completely different players and playstyles, but Scourton's motor and ability to remain constant while opposing OL start to gas out in the late game reminds me a lot of Charles Johnson.
    • I say he's a run of the mill starter. You say he has had a decent career. We're saying the same thing. I never had any issues with Shaq. My issues were with the Panthers in that one, we drafted a player in the 1st round at a position of our greatest strength when there were options available that would've provided us with more initial help. You make a move like that because you think a guy is special, that he's by far and away the best talent available. Two, after he had proven to be good but not great (basically a run of the mill starter) on the field, we turn around and pay him like he's a future HOFer. These aren't issues with Shaq. They're issues with the organization.
    • šŸ˜†If you're not elite or a potential HOFER, then LG calls you "run-of-the-mill" or "meh." Shaq has had a decent career---better than many longtime starters, but not everyone is built to be worthy of the Hall Of Fame.Ā
