Just to understand, are they claiming the firm running the RH project (which I believe was a Tepper firm IIRC) was just taking money out of the Panthers to line his own pockets? If so that's messed up, and the NFL should look at Tepper immediately. That's some poo I expect from Dan Snyder.Ā

Since the company that was formed to run the project went bankrupt the only way for contractors to get money is to claim that the company and Tepper are the same and by commingling funds it takes away the protection a corporation provides and thereforeĀ Tepper and the Panthers are on the hook to pay everyone since they arent protected making the bankruptcy moot.

Iā€™m a lawyer although I donā€™t practice in bankruptcy. However, I think that the basis of this filing is a creditor objecting to Tepperā€™s plan to pay off the bankruptcy creditors. Basically they donā€™t want him using insider financing to pay them off when all of his transactions associated with this project have been inside jobs, ie his other companies paying for the project despite having forming a separate business for this venture. Itā€™s a legitimate argument considering how the project has gone south and he wants to continue to control the purse strings without searching for outside financing to pay the contractors.Ā

This a reachā€¦ itā€™s clear the project was for the Panthers and real estate holding companies often have clients pay contractorsĀ directlyĀ (no reason for the real estate holding company to intervene).

Donā€™t blame them for trying but this is a Hail Mary.

I donā€™t do financial but even to me this is clearly irrelevant. Judges typically see right through petty semantics which is exactly what this is.

More from The Charlotte Ledger today, some specific to your observations.Ā

Confession: I found that particular collection of dumbass takes and desperate cries for attention a while back but decided not to expose his silliness.

Kinda surprised it took this long for someone else to run across it šŸ˜„

What's funny is how easy it was to find. Literally searched "Charloot" and voila

I believe he deleted it now. But he's also on there as JayKulinaNSG. Same content.

And while we're here, some tidbits of the Snyder and Tepper worship

    • And Iā€™m fine with that. Ā  But, with an impatient ownerā€¦.that carries high odds of justĀ him employing a new HC in the not distant future.Ā  The ā€œwe will see if the scheme that doesnā€™t fit our #1 overall pick QB works or notā€ approach seems like a rocky plan for all.Ā  If I was Canales I would give it shot but demanded I need to be able to sign a legit backup QB in case what I was given just doesnā€™t work and can transition at the end of the yearĀ
    • That's really unlikely to happen.Ā  The reality is, they are building for what Canales wants to do.Ā  That's what all coaches do.Ā  And if Bryce can't do that, he's another peg that has to be replaced.
    • There is nothing unpopular at all about your opinion. How everything played out on the field backs it up. Bryce starts the season with much fanfare, gives the atl game away, and showed anyone who watched that his arm talent was shockingly bad. bad look, soĀ after a few weeks, the team cooks up a fake injury that nobody saw, presumably to decide what direction to go next. Enter Dalton for one game while Bryce is seen walking comfortably on the sideline, smiling and yucking it up like heā€™s a 5 year vet.Ā  Dalton performs admirably given the circumstances (please no Dalton ve Bryce retort). The contrast between the two was so strong that itā€™s still debated today. If Daltonā€™s performance was similar to what Bryce had done up to that point, I truly believe they would have sat Bryce longer, but it wasnā€™t.Ā Ā Dalton relied on vet savvy and a better arm. Itā€™s debatable how many games that gets us. Meaningless to fans, but not to players with serious financial incentives on the line.Ā  What it really was, was a ā€˜young man (see what I did?)ā€™ playing a grown manā€™s game, who lacked basic fundamentals and essential physical talent, behind a line that was VERY ill suited for the scheme forced on them, WRs who looked completely confused and unmotivated, with a back stabbing coaching staffĀ in give up mode, GM who I wouldnā€™t trust to organize my cooking utensil drawer and an owner who meets with coaches every week and tells them which plays he likes and which ones he doesnā€™t.Ā  Bryce doesnā€™t get a mulligan, but Iā€™m willing to give him a ā€˜my badā€™ from the team.Ā Last season stunk worse than Bigfootā€™s di**. It literally canā€™t get ANY worse than the unwatchable sh** show that was last year.Ā  I have to see a monumental change in his physical ability and overall confidence. I have to see that he found a laser arm, somewhere, in the offseason, or everything else is irrelevant.Ā
