I knew he had it in him from day one.  From the late headshot at Pickles on the QB Sneak, to snatching Crabtree's chain, to his own off the field stuff, to trying to break Philly Brown's neck in the Superbowl...  there's certain guys that you can just tell, at the end of the day, they have no regard or respect for human life.  Yeah, football is a violent sport, but there are still means of respect and honor within it, and there's certain guys that have demonstrated the health and well-being of others means nothing to them, and Talib showed that multiple times.  And sure, they're rich and can buy another chain, but I'm telling you, anyone that snatches a chain like that in the street is usually ready to kill somebody or die themselves.  That right there showed me his mentality.  He's always been that guy.  Zero character.  Complete dirtbag.

I've known guys in real life like that.  I've seen it in their eyes...  that all they care about is themselves, and your, nor anyone else's life means anything to them, especially if it interferes with what they want or their objectives.  That how Talib played the game.  He couldn't have gave a fug less if he had paralyzed or injured anyone of those guys I named and it showed...  I hope he gets charged and sentenced to the max.  He is a scumbag.  And idgaf what happens at a youth game, there is absolutely no reason as an adult man, let alone one that's mid 30s to 40, initiating or partaking in a fight for any reason.  Grow the fug up.

Like really, imagine telling people in the pen what you're there for, and it was for assaulting/shooting someone over a youth football game.  Yeah, that seemed worth it.  fuging dummies.

Anybody that knows anything about football knows the guy is a goon. Really had to LOL at his “I’m going to spend time with my family” crap he said when he quit his Amazon job.  Shoulda said I’m trying to spend time with my brother before he is imprisoned for murder

Talib had several conduct-related issues during his NFL career. At the NFL rookie symposium in July 2008, Talib was involved in a fistfight with fellow Buccaneers rookie Cory Boyd.[82] In the early morning of June 5, 2016, Talib was shot in the leg outside a Dallas strip club. He was released from the hospital the same day.[83] It was later revealed that Talib falsified the report, having actually shot himself in the leg and lied to police, and that, while intoxicated, he never was at the strip club in question.[84][85] On August 20, 2009, Talib allegedly battered a taxi driver and he was arrested by Florida Highway Patrol and booked into the Pinellas County jail, charged with resisting arrest without violence and simple battery.[86][87]

In March 2011, police in Garland, Texas issued a felony warrant for Talib for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he was accused of firing a gun at his sister's boyfriend.[88] He was later released on $25,000 bond. Talib was indicted on the charge in May 2011.[89] On June 18, 2012, the charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence and credibility concerns with the accuser.[90]

In August 2022, Talib's brother was wanted by police in Lancaster, Texas and turned himself in following the deadly shooting of youth football coach Michael Hickmon at a youth football game.[91][92][93] Youth football coaching staff and officials had gotten into a disagreement that became physical, which lead to the fatal shooting.[93][94] Witnesses said Aqib Talib had started the brawl that led to the fatal shooting of youth coach Michael Hickmon

      Teams do some super stupid stuff with mid-fairly good QBs. I think they are just absolutely terrified they will be stuck with a QB that is not the quality of the QB they have now, even if its someone like Daniel Jones. Lots of trash QBs go in the first round. I encourage you to take a look at the sad, sad list of first round QBs in the last 15 years.

      No, it will be a raw 6'7" 17-year-old European who just played basketball for the first time in March and who the idiot GM "had first on our board." He'll play the whole G-League season, get in 42 games for the Hornets and average 1.1 ppg on 35% shooting. Been there, seen that.

      We missed on Burns at his peak value. That’s the problem with trading for picks 2-3 years away (which people were convinced the Rams would suck by now and these would be higher picks btw). Each year away the pick is the further in value it drops. Fitt was clearly hired based on turning us around quickly. It’s one of the many reasons tanking isn’t really a thing as our player JJ is telling you in this original article. It would take the whole organization from the owners down admitting they aren’t winning soon with Burns and picks 2-3 years away having more value because that’s when we are still rebuilding. It would only make sense if Fitt had a longer leash and would more than likely be the ones making these picks anyway which you wouldn’t want. The question is would you rather have those Rams picks with the strong possibility of Fitt still being here or would you rather Fitt try to “win now” like he did and expedite his firing? Altering the timeline would affect more than just the Rams picks.
