This is the total of Rhule’s earnings after this year, including his original Baylor buyout of $6 mil.

10-24

The 16th highest paid coach in all of professional sports (globally)

Tepper has spent over $30 mil on him alone. And what do we have to speak for? Nada. Zilch. Zerooooooo

I wanted to go on a greater spiel but I think these numbers speak for themself.

We have achieved the turd trophy for being one of, if not the worst team in the league. When you have 5 wins the last two years, and lose your opening HOME game to the Browns….with a backup QB, third string RT, backup CB etc… it’s not good. We looked absolutely horrible until the 4th quarter and if it wasn’t for a few busted plays by the browns secondary it would have been a total embarrassment.

You wanna see me coaching?

There would be some of this

some of this

Probably some of this

angry-coach.gif

Press conferences would be like

jim-mora-mora.gif

Then every now and then if we're lucky you'd see some stuff like

FakeSevereIchthyosaurs-max-1mb.gif

And

untitled-331.gif

Listen, we wouldn't win any games but I guarantee entertainment.

And when I get fired I'll go full on

That sounds so much better than what we are facing this year. Getting the #1 pick is just a bonus 🤪

    • Logically yes. Boston has the right balance though. Jalen Brown is #2 in the paint and their best shooters are 17th and 19th. While our best shooters are #1 and #2 and we have one player in the top 50 for points in the paint. And my understanding looking at the information I just referenced is we were basically at the exact same paint percentage last year in Charles Lee's offense. At the end of the day we either want to compete for a playoff series winner and the finals or we just want to stumble our way to another play in. We've already done that with James Borrego.
    • We need more bigs.  I love Moose, but him coming off the bench would be ideal. Even Kalkbrenner slowed down  Duren/Stewart from my eyes.   Draft someone like 7’3 Center from Michigan Aday Mara. We have plenty of talent, we need size. I really want Yaxel and one of Mara/ Quaintance.
    • We don't need another first round WR to evaluate Bryce Young. You could give him a young Jerry Rice Randy Moss and Justin Jefferson and he would still struggle to lead the group to a top 20 passing offense because he simply cannot utilize the entire field consistently. All we're going to end up with by drafting another first round wide receiver is a disgruntled WR room. Because one there are not that many touches to go around and two the touches that will be available maybe half of them will result in good to great ball placement. And the bulk of them will be thrown at or behind the line of scrimmage. If the FO goes WR at 19 all involved might as well go ahead and start looking at other job opportunities down the line.
