Either way, he wasn't looking for the ball, so it was PI.  It's incidental if they run into each other both playing the ball.  It's the same thing every tike with him.  He is never looking for the ball.  He knows it's coming and he panics.

There are two ways to play CJ. You have him press and jam at the line hard, or you give him help over the top. Anything else you are asking for trouble.
