Who they pick as the interim HC will be revealing on what Tepper wants to happen the rest of the way...

1. McAdoo - lose out

2. Wilks - compete/ D & I (in a good way)

3. Tabor - no fuging clue.

4. Snow - I dont think he would expect it. But who knows? but compete.

we might as well get McAdoo who at least knows how to run a team (albeit not successfully) and lose out so we can get bryce young

why

rhule is doing exactly what we need him to do

Honestly I kinda agree. The players are still behind him. It's not like we're gonna turn the season around. As long as the locker room and overall organization isn't on the verge of mutiny just let the tank commander drive this tank.

Rhule needs to go but the time to do it was the end of last season and Tepper needs to just wallow in the stench. I don't know what it achieves to fire the HC in week 6.

We don't have to look at him squinting on the sidelines, listening to dumb post game pressers, or get embarrassed by the national media every week? No one is expecting the fire to turn things around, he just needs to go so we can tank in peace

    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
    • According to Scott Fowler, in an article about former Panthers announcer applying for a job with the Ravens... what that job pays, incidentally, when the Ravens posted it publicly they said the salary would be $4,000 to $5,000 per game. An NFL season consists of 20-24 games, including the preseason and potential playoff games, so it will end up somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000 a year. The person hired will be an independent contractor, which is commonplace in the NFL these days for team broadcasters, and also have other radio and TV hosting assignments.  https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article315839800.html
    • That’s a good find. We will see. Who is still here from when he was?
