Yeah that was good.  Loved the part where he talks about the franchise as something he loves and truly cares about, how he was here when we went to the Super Bowl and 3-peated the NFCS, how he knows what it takes to get back there and he wants to get us there.

Music to my ears.

For sure.  It's what happend in Arizona. Cards fan hate him cause he did stupid shlt but was certain he was right.  He  and the GM selected Josh Rosen with the 10 pick in the draft.  It was a disaster over there.  Total shlt show.

Not quite understanding what you're saying, but Wilks rightfully wanted to draft Allen.

"Steve Wilks claims that Arizona hired him as a 'bridge' for the next head coach. While he wanted the team to trade up for Allen, Wilks was never given any real power over the team's future, and Keim decided to draft Josh Rosen."

Nice link.

If true, he should win his lawsuit.

Every player from his draft class is no longer on the team.  I guess he didn't want any of them.

BTW Allen sucked his first year sooo, that wouldn't have saved Wilks.

Plenty of teams have shown you don't need a top 3 pick to get a good QB. Losing out means our roster is much further away than I hoped and definitely much more than just a QB away. If Wilks can actually turn the team around I'll be excited. There's no guarantee that losing out and drafting a QB top 3 doesn't end up just where we are anyway.  We already have two QBs selected at the top of the draft on the roster, lol.

So we are trading away multiple first round picks to move back. Sound like a plan for sustained success. /s

not gunna lie.  as much as i like wilks.  i hope this team fails and we start fresh with a new coach and QB.  ive had enough of being in purgatory in the middle

If you think there is a QB in this draft class to get us out of purgatory... I think you have another thing coming, my friend.

If he wanted Allen and is our HC next year there is a good chance we are drafting Richardson if we are in the right spot.

He’s a leader. Instills confidence and while might not say what you want to hear, is pretty transparent for being in a head coaching position. Breath of fresh air.

I noticed he was also calling them “men.”  I don’t recall hearing Rhule ever say that.  College poo

Dude is straight out the worst coach I've ever seen in any sport.

Uh, folks, for your consideration, we attach some clips of one Matt Rhule.  A legend in his own mind.  A man that could have bee great, but he wasn't any good.

Then get back to us on that observation.

Ravens love Flowers. Egbuka was a strong OROY pick   Seems like a great spot with these recent picks.......Best value has been WR....
    • false rumor, he's a team leader.  No clue what he is worth.....Rico came off the streets for 2.5million and put him to #2 for weeks. I doubt a team would give much more than a late rounder. Like Frank said above, 5th would be tops and very lucky.  He's got a fair contract and is well liked by players, coaches, and FO. No reason to trade.
    • Set us back a few years but..a decade? lol what are you smoking man.   only 2000s move that’s come close to actually setting a team that far back wash owns trading for Deshaun, thankful we didn’t win that “sweepstakes” at least    I know hyperbolic commiseration is all the rage here but no team in the NFL is more than a few years away from competing if they go about things right (“right” being the key word here) just in the last few years see: Lions, Patriots, Broncos, Colts (pre DJ injury)
