Rhule had final say, but didn't do any of the draft scouting or evaluation. That was the scouting department under Fitterer.

That’s the difference between UNC alumni and fans compared to the other two colleges. Carolina fans, for the most part, can put away some petty dislike for the college if it helps the Panthers or Hornets.
