Well that’s really tough for a guy who relies on his athleticism. Hopefully modern medicine has improved since this used to be a career death sentence.

Recovery from this injury has gotten better recently. Durant, James Robinson. Hopefully he’s back near full health next season.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Panthers CB Donte Jackson suffered a torn Achilles' tendon in Week 10.

Jackson went down with the Achilles injury on Thursday versus the Falcons and will now miss the remainder of the season. After re-signing with the Panthers on a three-year deal in the offseason, Jackson was having a strong 2022 campaign before suffering the injury. He had two interceptions, three pass defenses, and 35 combined tackles in nine appearances.
