Trubisky tried to give us the ball 3 times, alas we didn't want it.

Meh.  One was a tipped ball that looked catch-able from the camera angle, but it just wasn't.

I don't remember any that were actually dropped by our D, it was more lunges and tips that would have been amazing catches if intercepted.

Trubisky did not look bad today.

The Steelers looked awful.

They were undisciplined, arrogant, dumb, sloppy and overall just looked as poorly coached as I've seen any Steelers team look in a long, long time.

But still beat us 😖

And for this, we should be looking at someone other than Wilks.

This game was a must win for him and he didn't.

No excuses.

After this he'd have to make it to the conference championship to be seriously considered and we're not making it past Dallas.

Again...

Gotta think the Wilks train took a major hit today, and may even have derailed entirely.

I like Wilks...a lot, but I have a hard time picturing him getting the full time job.

One way to put it...

To top it off, I watched the game with Lady Cowboy Fan and her mega Steeler Fan sister.

Then once it was over, watched the Cowboys lose to the Jags, annoying LCF.

Rough day at my house 😟

Yeah I’m back to angry “fug this team” ready to fight dumbass bitches.

Wish a mf would say summpin.

If Tomlin is fired, Tepper needs to be on the phone with him the minute after.

Can't see it. From what I've read, Tomlin still has more away than anyone else in their building right now.

Colbert's gone, Khan just got there, and the Steelers are still the organization that never fires coaches.

Marquise Haynes or any other of the back up DEs on the roster are more than capable of doing every single thing Brian Burns did for us today. Not trading him for 2 1st rounders is inexcusable at this point

The fact the Panthers didn't trade DE Brian Burns for the 2 1st rounders played on my mind all game because he was seldom heard from, especially when the Steelers ran the ball.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
