Jaycee Horn injury

There is a difference between sarcasm:

”I think his career is over after a broken wrist”

And making up an outright lie:

”Reed is reporting Jaycee is done for 2022 and all of 2023.”

A Juan post is like an onion article at this point. If you fall for it, it's your own fault.

I mean we only have 2 games left in the season, no need to risk any further damage. Even if we make the playoffs, we are in no shape to compete against the NFL’s top teams yet.

If you finish 6-2 you are dangerous and can play with anyone.

I mean that know ding dong David Newton reporting that but I’ve seen it reported from multiple outlets that it is indeed broken. I’ll wait until we hear it from the team though.

Could he, will he, play with a club? I do, I do think so, panthers fans.

Has anything actually been confirmed yet or are we just guessing?

I confirmed it with @Jeremy Igohimself. I drove to his secret  abandoned underground Huddle Prime (or whatever that paid sub was) bunker under the site of Tepper's failed practice facility on Christmas Day.

Zod made me hot cocoa with little marshmallows and told me that Juan was banned for life. He said that an IP ban wasn't enough, so he got ahold of his contact in the NSA to send in the drones to take out the threat of Juan for good. When he finished knitting me these mittens he sent me on my way.

Actually with Juan the over the top nature of the lie is part of the sarcasm. Almost no athlete sustaining any sports injury has ever been ruled out for all of the next season on the spot that I ever recall. That was the clue that Juan put in there.  However, I can see that not everyone can be expected to know Juan and his style or catch the subtle hint, so yeah, he should probably avoid stuff like that.

It’s worse for folks who just swing by and see somebody “report” something with a high rank on the site and it’s wildly inaccurate. I feel like a warning is good enough but from what was said earlier hes been wanted about this stuff already.

    • Damn I liked A'Shawn too. This is basically a heads up we're planning on cutting you move.  Robinson wasn't the best but I loved his attitude and effort on the field. He held that entire dline together when Brown went down iirc..granted we finished that season as the worst rushing defense in modern NFL history.  If Wharton would have performed up to atleast half of his salary last season, I'd feel a little better about it. We do need that cap space though.
    • 13. Carolina is coming. The Panthers are well thought of around the league. Their "process" seems sound. I think their off-season will be very interesting to keep an eye on. They made the playoffs, but they're not yet knocking on the door. (Offense was 26th in EPA/play.) I think it's imperative they don't overestimate where they are in their build. They can't throw a ton of money around in FA to "make a run now". They need to be intentional about building a solid foundation. (IMO) And from what I know about the team... I think they will be. Sidenote: I have my eye on offense there, not defense. They HAVE to leave next season with a strong opinion on Bryce Young. They need to put pieces around him to do that. Can't be left wondering what he would have looked like with "better OL play" or "more pass catchers". They have to know. (That part is purely my opinion. No one told me that.) https://x.com/lindsay_rhodes/status/2027212533417869499?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
    • Because this DL is completely reliant on Brown being available and being a stud. Without him we were the worst D in history. The Wharton signing last year reeked of desperation. He just isn't a great fit for us schematically and I think we panicked a little bit when we missed out on Milton Williams who would have been a great fit.
