This sentiment is all over the web. It's so annoying. It's a pity party I feel like. It's simply not true if we want a Lombardi. He looked better than Rhule and was 6-6. Great job for us this year. But it's not someone we need long term as HC with the way this league is trending.

They know Wilks got screwed in Arizona and want to see him get an actual legit shot because he's a good guy.

I agree…not sure if Shane Steichen is even interested in coaching here but he is a really intriguing candidate.

You know whats crazy- unless some wild card teams fire their HCs....according to many old media heads, thee Carolina Panthers is widely viewed as the best job........ If Shane doesnt want the best current head coaching job, his big lost and it looks rather bad/odd.

II think it is. He still helped bring him along and coached him up. Not all of Mahomes' game is backyard football. His highlight reel plays, yes, but the rest of the time he is a sound QB making the right reads and delivering the ball to his playmakers.

95% of Mahomes' game is Great fundamental QB play from down to down, the last 5% are the ridiculous no look/left handed passes/Scramble drill bombs that makes him the best in the league.

Not accurate

Agree except feel Ben Johnson is up there along side Steichen.
