What is her background?

I said this with Drummond helping hire Rhule and il say it with this: what qualifications do they have to make this call? What qualifications does Tepper have, he clearly doesn’t know what he is doing…

Ummmmm aside from being married to the guy who owns the team what qualifications does she have to evaluate and hire an NFL coach? I know nothing about her

She is the team president... of course she is going to be apart of the hiring process. It doesnt mean she is a key decision maker, she is just part of the process.  She has been in role almost a year now.

I understand Tepper is rich but that doesn't mean he knows what he is doing as an NFL owner. I said it before, Tepper is the dumbest owner in the NFL period.

Uhhh even if you're someone who thinks Tepper has gotten more flack than he should and some of the ire has been unreasonable there is simply no shining up this one. It's bad business. Nepotism is not going to make us a championship contender.

How about hiring an NFL consultant. You know. Someone with actual experience in this field? This is akin to Matt Rhule taking draft advice from his wife.
