Horn is just as good when healthy. I realize the "when healthy" is crucial. I'm not disappointed with the Horn draft pick at all yet.

Agree with you. 

The one benefit to Horn's injuries has been keeping him off lists like this, which lowers his fifth year option price. Otherwise, he'd be on it. If he continues his current level of play, I hope Horn is a Panther through 2030.

I'd like to think that Surtain is on this list because the Broncos - undeservedly - were on national TV four or five times this year and just showed out. I don't have a doubt in my mind that Horn is a top 5 corner and I'm still happy we got him.

I feel like Surtain is hands down the most overrated CB in the league. Not bad by any means but I’d certainly rather have Horn than him.
