It's lasted so far. I think he'll make it to the NFC Championship. The kid is making the reads, he isn't scared and he not only can move, but he knows when and how to move either in or out of the pocket. He also knows when to  bail out of a play, that's wise beyond his experience.

Not saying he doesn't have great weapons and protection around him and a defense that helps immensely, but we've all seen guys who had all that and couldn't do much with it.

I completely agree that the team around Purdy is ridiculous and Shanahan is an offensive genius (I mean he got Matt fuging Ryan to the SB and an MVP...). That being said, Purdy has been incredible too, considering the circumstances (3rd string 7th round rookie). I honestly think he's been playing better in Shanahan's system so far than Jimmy G ever did even in their SB run. I know, that's not saying much since Jimmy G has been overrated when Shanny deserves the credit, but if he keeps playing like this they have a better chance to win it all than they have had before under Shanahan in my opinion. The worry for them though is teams having more film on him and he'll struggle against the elite defenses he'll see later in the playoffs.

      He has made some good throws yes. His arm isn’t great by any professional measure though It might be decent enough, but the poor footwork inhibits it.  So he has to really focus on that and from what I’ve seen he is not consistent.    peace.

      If only Bryce were 8'1" then CJ wouldn't have needed Woody Marks to carry him against the Titans nor the defense to carry him with 3 picks vs. Cooper Rush. If he were a real QB, he'd have thrown for over 250yds and the Texans wouldn't be 2-3. /s See? I can do the same dumb, lame poo that y'all do. Doesn't this make the board a better experience overall? 🙂

      Their defense is on track to be worse than ours last year. Their run D is in the bottom half but their pass D is horrible.    32nd overall D, 32nd passD, 23rd rush D We are going to have to throw the ball against them, which means down field where they are vulnerable. Problem is Turnover Fred struggles to push the ball down the field and we have the 26th ranked pass offense. Running will help but will have to beat them through the air. On the flip side, Dallas’ offense is awesome.    1st overall, 3rd pass, 8th run.    But Evero’s defense is ranked 12th right now with the pass D around 10th and rush D around 14th.    If we can take care of the football (looking at Bryce) and we make plays down the field (also looking at Bryce) we can win, yes.
