See how can say that Frank is qualified to be the head coach, without dismissing the fact that if Wilks was a white man he most likely would have gotten the job.

Tepper already proved by his own admission that he hired Rhule because he reminds him of himself. They already showed they weren’t exactly following the diversity training implemented because most of y’all racist as hell and don’t know it. Tepper has certain biases and I’m sure he found Frank more relatable.

It was a good hire, but don’t come at me with Wilks doesn’t have a gripe. He does. And if you don’t think so then I suggest you find a minority to explain it to you.

Tepper has made it pretty obvious he wanted an offensive minded head coach before the search started. I don't think race has anything to do with it. Steve would be a continuation of what we've had the past 20 years and Tepper knew it.

What exactly is Wilk's grip?  Did you know that there were other white coaches interviewed with better resumes then both Wilks and Reich who also didn't get the job?  Wilks has nothing to grip about and you're projecting here.  Wilks is a great man, not a great coach, his record proves that, the fact that no other team has reached out to him proves that.  Great men doesn't necessarily make a great coach and that is all that happened here

Then why interview him twice? To make it appear he had a legit shot? If that was never the type of coach he wanted he shouldn’t have even been interviewed.

Projecting what exactly? Because I’m calling out that Tepper by definition is most likely a racist. He was a kid in the civil rights era. His parents were most likely racist and most likely raised him to be the same. It’s just not popular to be a racist anymore so people had to adjust their behavior, but don’t forget that wasn’t too long ago.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
