They have been cutting them in half for decades it feels like.  Obviously not all wings are equal here.

We had to differentiate when they started cutting them in half, and now look at us.  All fighting.  We should be fighting the dudes who started cutting them in half to begin with.  Prices are crazy on wings and they are halfsies.

 

Flats and drummies is what we settled on as a people it seems.  Time to get with it brother.

Gawd I hope so! Just opening up the locker room after Rhule was fired was a treat. Now is the time to get our new HC involved with these glorious fluff pieces because he'll be hell'a' busy once his staff is set. He's such a good sport too!

Not sure if Rhule thought that was for some kind of competitive advantage or if he was just being an asshole. Either way it was a bad look. Everyone runs the same plays, other teams gave tons of access and it didn't affect anything game related

I'm gonna say both.

Rhule was talented enough to be able to incorporate being an a--hole into pretty much anything he did.

What?! You don’t get wings for the meat. You get wings for the crispy skin. If you wanted more meat, be a beta and order the boneless wings. Nothing is better than the crispy deliciousness of a flat.

The drum is like a great bite of lean meat and then working my way around that knobbily stuff. 
 

the flats just seem to all be edible whether it’s skin or cartilage or meat. When it’s cooked just right you can get all the bones out and it’s satisfying like perfectly shelling a crab leg.

i don't care what side of the drums/flats debate you are...you don't say that kind of thing to anyone. "order the boneless wings".....

      Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.

      Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
