BM is a pretty accurate description of his offense

You didn't like running for TREE FIDDY on the Lions? Or very nearly dropping Brady out of the playoffs until Ickey decided he didn't want to pass block anymore? Darnold posting a passer rating of over 100 on the year?

None of that?

Gotta be honest...I had no idea Mcadoo staying was even an option.

Sheena Quick had posted something a while back about him "just waiting around".

There may have been discussion about keeping him in some capacity but I don't think there was ever all that great a chance.

McAdoo was in that first crop of OC guys that got  HC jobs. He has already flamed out like Koetter, Gase, and McDaniels before him. I don't see how McDaniels got another shot, but the rest of those guys are all buried save for McVay. The new crop looks promising Daboll being the best among them. I think McAdoo can help in an offensive room, just not be the guy. And please stop acting like running the hell out of the ball and requiring way less of last year's QBs was not our only option at winning. Now if you didn't want to win that was one thing, but having Baker, PJ, and Darnold throw the ball around the field would've been a disaster. On that note, here's to better QB talent and QB play!

7-10. The only record that matters. We beat a Detroit team bad against the run. I'd rather see Brady get humiliated by Dallas on wildcard weekend as his last game before retirement and screw TB draft position. Darnold. Meh. Still Darnold. I didn't like the McAdoo hire at the beginning of the season and the end of the season didn't change my mind. It was a pretty boring offense with little creativity and the most yards of the season was by Shenault running that fake over and over and over. Dude have to have logged 2k yards as a decoy.

Will Kunkel of FOX Charlotte is either full of crap or actually knows what's going on.

According to him B.M is not returning as OC. He gives no details about any replacement in the works. Just that his "sources" tell him that he will be replaced.

Take the information as you will.

Yeah no poo?

    • It damned sure fell off a ton without DB last year.
    • I'm not High on Petterson hes a ghost in the post season....  and isnt going to help fill the physicality gap.
    • The lack of consistent ball placement has been a point of contention here and for good reason. This season Young has a 16.4% bad throw rate. That's the best of his career. For comparisons, this year CJ Stroud is at 17.6% and Caleb Williams is at 20.7% so Young is more accurate than both of them. Baker is at 15.7% but for his first 5 seasons, he was between 17.9 and 20.9 so while slightly behind Mayfield currently, he is better than him at the same point in their respective careers. Saying he is inaccurate is simply untrue this season. I don't necessarily fault Horn here because as I said in previous posts he never should have been in that position. To me, that's an insult to Horn but that's besides the point. Against the Dolphins, the Panthers faced a 4-5 with 3:31 left in the game. Bryce hit Horn for a 17 yrd completion picking up the 4th down and leading to a score for the win. So I don't understand why you wouldn't think he could do it again. As far as the ball placement, every analyst and receiver ( Smith and Ocho ) I have heard comment on the play has stated Horn should have made the catch. Not one of them has said a thing about the pass being bad or that Bryce should have thrown it better.
