Jason Michael had a few years of OC experience at age 28 in TEN for Wiz (I still find that crazy), direct ties with Reich in SD and IND.   I'm a fan of his.

OC in KC hasn't gotten him a HC job yet. Prove his ability in Carolina and he is immediately a front runner for several HC jobs. Just a thought

It did mention the team casting a wide net and having to comply with interviewing two minority candidates

IF he gets to call plays here. Reich might do the same thing Reid does to him in KC. Where would you rather play "call deliverer", with Mahomes or with uh ... um ...

Yeah I guess I mean in Cooter has had a lot more opportunity to showcase his talents and he's still just kinda where he was 10 years ago. Johnson has been ascending for the past few years. And didn't creep any women out by climbing through their windows or whatever Cooter did before someone told him to stop being a dumbass.

Ya.. that whole window thing was awkward to say the least, had forgotten that honestly.

Staff is rounding out well, either would be ok with me. I think if Jim Bobs the guy Reich and Duce will be more involved.
