There is, though, a pretty strong and vocal anti-Young crowd. This is the one that I worry just a little bit for. To this crowd, I'll only say this. Be ready for Young to be the pick. You are the cause of most of this and think it is funny to insult people. You seriously need to grow up and not act like a whiny 5 year old. Everything you said fits your profile and makes you look like a clown.

See I'd take the risk that Young is going to massively bust / is already capped out at #9 overall.

I don't understand trading so many resources for the same gamble at #1 overall.

There are a lot of people who agree that is the best fit - Stroud - Panthers, Young - Texans.

      I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.

      I don't really follow the team anymore due to a variety of reasons and consequently have largely stopped posting but I agree that this is a lovely website and community. This forum probably kept me around for years longer than I would've stuck otherwise because of how difficult it was to stop checking multiple times a day. Especially appreciate how lax the moderation tends to be compared to a lot of places, the crew here does a great job. Out of curiousity I decided to try making a new account (solely for testing purposes) to see what exactly is wrong with the sign up process. The issue seems to be that it never sends you an account verification email, thus making it impossible to complete registration. This is likely something to do with the email server upstream, hope it gets fixed. Also, lol

      Uh oh, Nicole Tepper hugged him. In all seriousness though every time I see more about him my hopes get higher. Smart, great attitude, prototype size and measurables, and athletic. He could be a great one.
