Keep an eye on Derek Wright. He came to us an UDFA under the previous regime and looked good during his limited playing time last preseason (against the Commandos). Good route running and catches the ball well. Reminds me a Proehl a little. Will make nice strides in this offense.

The 6th WR we would carry would have to do returns as evident by the numerous returners we brought in. With TMJ, Thielen, Chark, Mingo being locks, the last 5th WR would have to beat out Shenault who will also be used in gadget plays as well as some returning. You cant just be a WR only as a 5 or 6.

Did some returns in high school..

Returned nine kickoffs for an average of 18.3 yards per return and 10 punts for an average of 9.1 yards per return.

I returned a kickoff in HS too.

    • In a lot of ways it makes sense to just draft a tackle early so they have flexibility with icky's injury and Motons not getting younger. I'd love for them to resign BC cause to me he looks pretty good anywhere they put him
    • Rods the one who needs to go if they don't win a cup soon, Overall I like the way Tulsky operates, do i wish he had pivoted to several smaller moves instead of going all in on a big acquisition? Obviously.   But RBA is the one I'm locked onto, he is too stuck in his ways and if if "his way" can't get somthing done he just triples down and proves his insanity by trying the same stupid crap over and over, the facebook casuals will be like but but but 8 years in a row making the playoffs.... yes we'll guess what we should have at least a cup to show for it, yes only one team wins every year but this year will be the 8th consecutive year making the playoffs.... heck none of us even get excited about that and haven't in four years minimum.  Our top guys are nearing the peak of their prime the time is now, but the canes seem content to stand pat and "make the playoffs" anther 5-8 years in a row.
    • #Panthers TE Tommy Tremble has a $2 million guarantee that is triggered today at 4 p.m. I don’t expect any movement there, fwiw. Tremble is due a $3.67 million base salary this season. He has another $2.4 million in incentives on his deal, per Over the Cap. https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/2032117015121391697?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
