Boy you know that was hot out there in that heat in the sun standing over a grill. Probably not their best idea after practice, Mingo didn’t seem like he wanted to be doing that all that much lol. The setup of Mingo grilling while Moose talked to the back of his head was pretty awkward too. Glad to have content to watch though.

Ok for grass fed ribeye(and strip) you gotta go medium rare, especially if it’s an older steer, that connective tissue’s gotta break down. Hanger, Denver, merlot, bavette, flat iron, skirt, etc… all black and blue.
